5 Reasons why iGoogle is better than My Yahoo!

You can setup your company page to be your home page. Or your ToDo list. Or NYTimes. Or all together in the same page with a customized look. Both Google and Yahoo enable this easy “my page look”

Here are ten reasons to choose iGoogle over My Yahoo!:

1. Diversity

Google has more options when it comes to “stuff” you can add. A couple of thousands versus Yahoo’s hundreds

2. Coolness factor

The look you can have on Google is much more refined than the one in Yahoo. Artist from all over the world and big names in fashion make your experience much more pleasureful. A bunch of patterns and colors from Yahoo don’t stand a chance to templates made by Gucci, Coldplay, D&G, Paul Frank, Lance Armstrong (or Legstrong as I call him ), Philippe Starck and thousands others

3. Bugs

Both of them have bugs but Yahoo has a long list of them.

Deleting a module doesn’t work most of the times,
drag and drop is enabled if you are lucky
frequently the overall behavior is quite random.
The main widget, the personal assistant with all your Yahoo goodies is a bit confused from time to time

Note: I tried for many times to delete the Horoscopes Widget that comes by default but without any luck. It seems that it says that I should be careful what I say today
